ABOUT AMY
I believe in the words of Nehru: “We live in a wonderful world that is full of beauty, charm, and adventure.”
With grandparents who were inveterate travelers, and parents who always stressed the importance of getting out of one’s immediate surroundings and comfort zone, my love of travel and exploration has honest roots. I’m thrilled that this appreciation has passed to the next generation. Already my 20-something son Jake has traveled throughout the US and 32 other countries, while Sophie, 3 years younger, is well on her way and may even “out-travel” Jake one of these days!
I was born and raised in New York, Harvard-educated, and spent 35 great years in Boston prior to relocating to Toronto in 2016. After a fulfilling career in environmental advocacy and as a senior executive with several NGOs, I transitioned to the travel world several years ago.
With my extensive knowledge of a broad variety of locations and an enormous worldwide “rolodex” (for those of you who know what that is!), I invite you to contact me to discuss ways in which I can be your craft concierge for travel far and wide, your way.
